My journey in spirituality has not been a straightforward path. Like many, I grew up in a world where I was taught to follow pre-established rules, to adapt to social norms, often at the expense of my own essence. Over time, I felt an emptiness, a deep disconnection between who I truly was and what I presented to the world. This feeling of not being in my place became increasingly burdensome, until I felt an urgent need to understand who I really am.
This need led me to explore spirituality, but my initial attempts were confusing. I was thirsty for truth and understanding, but I didn't know where to start. I read books, participated in discussions, but something was missing. I was searching for an authentic path, an experience that would allow me to reconnect with my deep self.
C’est alors que mon chemin a croisé celui de l’École Initiatique Kimuntu. Ce fut une véritable révélation. Dès les premières rencontres, j’ai ressenti une énergie différente, une approche qui ne se limitait pas à des théories abstraites, mais qui proposait une expérience directe et vivante de la spiritualité. L’école Kimuntu n’est pas seulement un lieu d’apprentissage ; c’est une voie vers la redécouverte de soi, un cheminement profond qui m’a permis de retrouver ma véritable identité.
Kimuntu Kimuntu taught me that spirituality is not something we seek outside, but a spark that already shines within each of us. It is not about becoming someone else, but about remembering who we truly are. This awareness has been a true liberation. I began to understand that all I needed was to listen to that inner voice, that ancestral wisdom present within me, which I had ignored for too long.
Les enseignements de l’école Kimuntu The teachings of the Kimuntu school have allowed me to explore dimensions of myself that I had not suspected. I learned the importance of balance between the body, mind, and soul, as well as harmony with nature and the energies that surround us. I discovered simple yet powerful practices that helped me regain my grounding, purify my mind of fears and limiting beliefs, and open myself to a new, more authentic reality.
Ce cheminement m’a non seulement aidé à me retrouver, mais il m’a aussi donné la force et la clarté nécessaires pour créer le Centre Maâtondo, un espace dédié à l’éveil spirituel et au bien-être holistique. Mon expérience personnelle m’a convaincu que nous avons tous le potentiel de guérir, de grandir et de retrouver notre véritable essence. Le Centre Maâtondo est né de cette conviction profonde : offrir un lieu où chacun peut entamer son propre cheminement vers l’équilibre et la reconnexion à soi.
Aujourd’hui, je peux dire avec gratitude que l’école initiatique Kimuntu a été une boussole sur mon chemin spirituel. Elle m’a aidé à comprendre que le cheminement vers soi est un acte de courage et d’amour. C’est une invitation à se souvenir de notre véritable nature, à réconcilier nos parts blessées, et à embrasser pleinement la puissance qui réside en nous.
If you are searching for yourself, if you feel that need for answers, clarity, and truth, I can only encourage you to follow your intuition. The spiritual path is unique to each person, but know that you are not alone. There are paths and guides that can accompany you and help you reconnect with your deep essence. For me, the Kimuntu school has been that path. Kimuntu a été cette voie.
With all my love and gratitude, I continue to move forward on this path, hoping to inspire others to do the same. We are all in search of that divine spark within us. And once we find it, we become capable of transforming not only our lives but also the lives of those around us.
